	~~In the year 2012, GEL shall recruit two sales representatives in Germany, whose scope of duty and jobs is as below:~~
	~~(a) Make use of the marketing materials and info provided by GEL headquarters to contact and visit new potential customers at their offices in Europe.~~
	(b) Make use of the tradeshows and events provided by GEL headquarters to obtain the trends of translation market in Europe, and collect marketing materials and info at the tradeshows and events in order to open new markets and find potential customers.
	~~(c) Make use of sale representative’s own knowledge, experience and expertise to contact and visit new potential customers at their offices in Europe.~~
	~~(d) Other jobs required by GEL headquarters~~
	~~Recruitment requirements for EU sales representative are listed as follows:~~
	~~(a) Gender: male or female~~
	(b) Educational background: at least college or university degree or above (candidate or graduate with master degree majored in language or linguistics is more preferable, fresh graduates are also welcome)
	(c) Working experience: experienced at least for two years in sales or marketing jobs of electric, electronic or ICT fields or worked with any kind of translation agency / language association. Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome.
	~~(d) Nationality: German, with good command of both mother tongue and English language (multilingual candidate is more preferred).~~
	~~(e) Special: availability for frequent traveling, good communication abilities and high negotiating skills. Confident, outgoing, organized, creative, able to work independently.~~
	~~Working place: at sales representative’s home or at the apartment rented by sales representative himself or herself in Europe.~~
	~~Office equipment: preferably provided by sales representative himself or herself~~
	~~Office hours: the same as the local ones based on the related EU laws, including legal holidays.~~
	~~Salary: to be discussed with sales representative according to the local average salary standard.~~
	Other advantages and benefits: if the above sales representative works efficiently or if he/she is really excellent on this position with very satisfactory sales/marketing achievements, GEL shall offer him/her a big bonus at the end of the year, or would offer him/her some capital shares of GEL’s European branch office if an EU sales branch office was established officially in Europe in coming days.
